Every guest arrives holding the same thing: a phone. QR check-in works because it asks nothing more of them than that.
One pass, one person
AttendOS issues a pass the moment a registration is confirmed. The code resolves to exactly one attendee, so the door always knows who walked in and when.
What a good door looks like
- One scanner per 200 expected guests
- A second device on search, for people who lost the email
- A walk-in station away from the queue

When the camera is warm and the pass is valid, a scan takes under a second. The queue never forms in the first place.
